A selective 9-week cohort pairing young marketplace leaders (ages 18–30) with seasoned mentors for Kingdom-centred leadership formation. Business owners, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders — growing together.

The Kingdom Leadership Cohort is a pilot program designed to test whether a focused, mentor-supported, Kingdom-formed environment can measurably shift mindset, behaviour, and leadership posture in emerging leaders.
This is not general discipleship. It is leadership formation — addressing the secular–sacred divide and the leadership gap by equipping young leaders with Kingdom frameworks, practical self-leadership tools, and access to mentors who have walked the road before them.
