Gen Z Leadership Development
A selective 9-week cohort pairing young marketplace leaders (ages 18–30) with seasoned mentors for Kingdom-centred leadership formation. Business owners, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders — growing together.
Express InterestLeadership formation, not just information
The Kingdom Leadership Cohort is a pilot program designed to test whether a focused, mentor-supported, Kingdom-formed environment can measurably shift mindset, behaviour, and leadership posture in emerging leaders.
This is not general discipleship. It is leadership formation — addressing the secular–sacred divide and the leadership gap by equipping young leaders with Kingdom frameworks, practical self-leadership tools, and access to mentors who have walked the road before them.
This program is part of the broader Kingdom Leadership initiative. To learn more about the full vision, visit kingdomleadership.ca.
